Role Description We are seeking a full-time Automotive Training Academy Manager to join our team and lead our training programs. This is an on-site role based in Dammam. The Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive training programs targeted at the automotive industry. Responsibilities include developing training content, managing trainers, conducting workshops, evaluating training effectiveness, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering continuous learning within the organization. Collaboration with various departments to identify training needs and implementing solutions to achieve organizational goals will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Training Development, Workshop Management, and conducting Automotive Training. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills. Proficiency in creating training content and utilizing training delivery tools and platforms. Familiarity with automotive technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and improve strategies. Experience with performance management and professional development planning is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Training & Development, HR, or a related field preferred.
