Position: Sales Engineer (Project-Based Sales) Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role Summary The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving project-based sales, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories in KSA. The role requires strong technical knowledge of polyurethane systems, active engagement with contractors, applicators, consultants, and project stakeholders, and effective coordination with internal technical and production teams. The candidate must demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing projects and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close project-based sales opportunities in the polyurethane spray foam market Achieve assigned sales targets and collection objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, consultants, and project Developers Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations across KSAProvide technical support, product recommendations, and system solutions based on project requirements Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production planning, delivery, and after-sales support Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines to management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the region Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi market practices, and professional business standards Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field Minimum 3 years of proven experience in polyurethane or related construction chemicals industry Strong sales-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to close projects and achieve targets Solid understanding of KSA construction market, project cycles, and contractor networks Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory) Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within KSA as required Valid Saudi driving license is preferred Target-oriented and performance-focused Strong client relationship management Professional business ethics and discipline Technical problem-solving ability Team coordination and reporting discipline
