Responsibilities:• Proactively seek opportunities for new Installation sales.• Visit and engage with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to identify and cultivate new leads.• Provide valuable support to clients, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors regarding elevator design and traffic analysis.• Prepare tenders/quotations and diligently follow up on prospective deals.• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.• Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close sales transactions.• Gather relevant market and customer information to stay informed about industry trends.• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and offer technical support during the project design phase.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.• Conduct a thorough analysis of project stages and assess the probability of success.• Generate precise quotations based on accurate cost calculations for client presentations.• Collaborate with other departments to compile necessary information for quotation/tender submissions, including arranging bonds and special approvals.• Adhere to all health and safety regulations established by the company.
Skills and Qualifications:• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a higher qualification.• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the Elevator Industry• Demonstrate excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.• Exhibit strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.• Showcase leadership and management skills.• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.• Demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
