We are seeking a highly driven Innovation Director / Product Owner to lead innovation initiatives, translate business needs into scalable products, and drive end-to-end product ownership. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, ensuring innovation delivers real business value.
Key Responsibilities Lead the innovation strategy and product roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Act as the Product Owner, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization. Translate business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Business, UX, Data, Operations). Drive design thinking, experimentation, and agile methodologies to accelerate innovation. Prioritize product backlog based on business value, impact, and feasibility. Oversee MVP development, pilots, and scaling of successful solutions. Monitor product performance, KPIs, and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement. Engage stakeholders and leadership with clear communication and progress updates. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance innovation capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–12+ years of experience in innovation, product management, or digital transformation roles. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in innovation labs, digital platforms, or new product development is a plus.
