About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Data Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and usability.
Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs and translate them into data solutions and technical requirements. Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decisions. Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems and reports. Support data integration from multiple sources and systems. Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards. Apply data governance, privacy, and security standards in all data solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Document data processes, definitions, and solution architectures. Support continuous improvement of data platforms and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, data solutions, or business intelligence roles. Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying. Experience working with data warehouses and data integration tools. Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management. Experience in government, enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.
