Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company priorities and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive practices Proficiency in negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies and meet sales targets Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance analysis tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the retail, logistics, or e-commerce industry is an advantage Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferable
