We are now seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our TA strategy and operations in KSA, supporting diverse business portfolios and helping DXC attract world-class talent in a competitive, rapidly evolving market.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for developing, leading, and continuously improving DXC’s Talent Acquisition function across the region. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in developing and nurturing DXC’s Talent Acquisition capability across the region. Acting as a hands‑on player/coach, you will manage high‑impact requisitions while guiding and supporting the regional TA team with coaching, market insights, and practical expertise to elevate their effectiveness. The successful candidate will champion DXC’s talent strategy, strengthen employer branding in the region, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to build a modern, data‑driven recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities Collaboration and Team Enablement Provide coaching, guidance, and day‑to‑day support to regional Talent Acquisition Partners, helping them grow their capabilities, strengthen performance, and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Support the deployment and embedding of DXC’s global TA strategy, processes, technology, and governance standards across the region, ensuring teams understand and feel confident applying them. Collaborate closely with People and Culture Team, Business Leaders, and Country Managers to understand talent needs and help the TA team deliver with speed, quality, and strategic alignment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring TA Partners in direct sourcing approaches, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven recruitment practices.
Talent Acquisition Delivery Own end-to-end TA delivery within the region, covering all hiring categories: Full-time, Fixed-term , Graduate, and Executive recruitment. Manage a limited portfolio of critical or confidential requisitions, demonstrating best-practice sourcing and talent engagement. Ensure TA Partners effectively manage pipelines, deliver proactive sourcing, and build long-term talent communities.
Transformation, Data & Continuous Improvement Lead the deployment of DXC’s evolving TA operating model, tools, and technologies Champion the adoption of Workday, CRM systems, and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Drive a “Direct Sourcing First” culture, strengthening internal capability in market mapping, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement. Own the Hiring Manager Experience within the region—coaching leaders on talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and effective selection practices. Provide regular market intelligence and insights to business leaders to inform workforce planning and talent strategies.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required Proven experience leading and developing high-performing TA teams in large, complex, multinational environments. Strong background in in-house Talent Acquisition with exposure to search/headhunting and direct sourcing models. Demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations across multiple countries and cultures. Experience using employer branding tools, social media, and talent marketing to elevate brand visibility. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Professional HR or TA certifications are an advantage. Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in the Middle East region.
Desirable Proficiency with Workday, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools. Experience in IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation industries.
