Job Purpose:We are hiring a Facility Manager to lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for a large-scale manufacturing campus located in Riyadh. This role is suited for professionals with strong hard services background, experience in Saudi regulatory environments, and proven capability in managing performance-based IFM contracts.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IFM operations across Hard Services, Soft Services, Utilities, Security, and Support Services Support mobilization and phased take-over activities in line with approved plans Ensure full compliance with KPIs, SLAs, HSE requirements, and Saudi regulations Oversee PM and 24/7 reactive maintenance using CMMS / CAFM systems Act as the primary operational point of contact with the client Lead performance reviews, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.10+ years of Facilities / IFM experience within Saudi Arabia. Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, airport, hospital, or mega-projects. Solid understanding of Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and compliance frameworks. Proven leadership and client-facing experience. Arabic & English proficiency preferred. Chinese Language knowledge will be advantage.
