Role Description The Travel Business Development Officer will drive new client acquisition, build and maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities within the travel sector. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting business proposals, analyzing market trends, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused travel solutions. The role demands strong attention to targets and a proactive approach to revenue generation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development with a successful record of identifying and capturing sales leads. Experience with Analytical Skills and basic understanding of Finance to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and strategize effectively. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships and provide exceptional service. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field. Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales metrics are advantageous. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
