Business Development Officer – Financial Advisory

Role Summary The Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving Esnad Advisory’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue generation initiatives. The role requires a commercially driven professional with prior experience in financial or advisory services and hands-on knowledge of sales enablement and CRM tools, including Zoho CRM, Lusha, and Linked In Sales Navigator. The role also includes responsibility for coordinating, preparing, and supporting business proposals and client offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the financial advisory and consulting sector. Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Utilize Lusha, Linked In Sales Navigator, and similar prospecting tools to identify, qualify, and reach potential clients. Present Esnad Advisory’s services professionally and effectively to prospective clients. Lead and support the preparation of client proposals, financial offerings, and commercial presentations in coordination with internal teams. Manage proposal follow-ups, clarifications, and client communications until deal closure. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals. Manage and track the full sales cycle using Zoho CRM, including leads, opportunities, pipelines, and client interactions. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and follow-up activities within Zoho CRM. Collaborate with internal advisory and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within financial advisory, consulting, banking, investment, or professional services. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms. Working knowledge of Lusha, Linked In Sales Navigator, or comparable lead generation and prospecting tools. Experience in preparing and coordinating business proposals and commercial offerings. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be based in Riyadh.
Preferred Skills Established professional network within the Saudi business or financial community. Experience selling professional or advisory services (B2B). Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics using CRM and sales tools. Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
