Job Opening: Trainee Lawyer
We are a reputable law firm in Jeddah with over 50 years of market presence, seeking to expand our network of Trainee Lawyers.
Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate candidate with a strong desire to learn.
Qualifications:- Degree: A law degree is required.- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Departments: To support the various departments in general, with a particular focus on Corporate and Litigation Departments. Commitments and Responsibilities: Contributing to the provision of various legal services, including, but not limited to, supporting in legal cases, attending hearings, and arbitration, reviewing companies contracts and agreements; researching relevant laws and regulations and continuously staying updated on changes and updates; assisting in company registration and establishment procedures and preparing the required documents; and utilizing free time to develop legal skills and knowledge through reading, writing articles, and publishing them, which enhances comprehension, analytical, and writing skills.
