Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Job Location: Riyadh Must Have:Extensive Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM (Payroll, Global HCM) Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project implementation experience is a must Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in & Fusion HCM modules such as Global HCM, Payroll and must have worked as a solution architect in HCMGood to have implementation experience in other HCM modules (Global HCM, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Mgmt, Workforce Compensation, Learning Management, Talent Management) Should have expertise on functional configuration of Oracle for multiple organizations that use Oracle HCM on Fusion as an integrated ERP suite Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with client and onsite team Work with Client Onsite teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting in post implementation Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests Perform Unit / System Integration testing Good to Have:Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and ITAbility to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English) with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management.
