We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Design Consultancy team.
The candidate must have proven consultancy-based mechanical design experience in building services (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), covering concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
Mandatory skills include Revit MEP, HVAC design calculations (HAP or Elite), and strong familiarity with SBC, ASHRAE, and NFPA codes.
The candidate should be able to take ownership of mechanical design deliverables and support authority submissions.
Experience as a design consultancy - concept design - Schematic design - Detailed design
Project type: - residential - Commercial - Government projects
Design Ownership: • HVAC system selection • Heat load calculations • Duct & pipe sizing • Design reports & narratives • Authority-facing: • SBC • Civil Defense • Municipality submissions
Required technical skills:• Revit MEP (Intermediate–Advanced) • HAP / Elite • Auto CAD
Codes:• SBC • ASHRAE • NFPA • SMACNA • IPC
