About the Role We’re looking for a motivated AV & CCTV Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll support daily operations for meeting room AV systems, digital signage, and CCTV infrastructure—ensuring seamless performance across our offices and project sites.
Key Responsibilities Provide daily support for AV systems, meeting rooms, and CCTV operations. Assist with equipment setup, configuration, and testing. Perform first-level troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for updates and connectivity checks. Maintain inventory and documentation of AV and CCTV devices.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.2–3 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of AV systems, CCTV/NVR/DVR operations, and IP networking. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
