Job Title KSA Business Development Manager
Job Description
Act as the main point of contact for the KSA commercial team. Manage, support, and monitor the performance of the commercial team. Ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets. Support the team in client engagement, negotiations, and relationship management when needed. Handle administrative coordination related to the KSA branch. Report directly to senior management. Ensure compliance with local business practices and company policies.
Requirements
7–12 years of experience in commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles. Proven experience managing and supporting commercial teams. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment. Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to support sales activities without being directly involved in selling. Strong communication and reporting skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
