Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Service Now Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Service Now solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Service Now solutions. Configure and customize the Service Now platform to meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Service Now applications. Conduct training sessions for users and provide documentation. Stay updated on Service Now releases and new features to optimize usage.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Service Now implementation and administration. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Service Now integrations and scripting. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.

Skills And Competencies

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Service Now Certified System Administrator or similar certification is preferred.
