Strategic Expert

Job Summary The Strategic Expert supports the development and implementation of strategies, monitors strategic and operational performance, and ensures alignment with approved objectives. The role analyzes performance results and initiative impact, and prepares executive-level reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Monitor the implementation of strategic and operational performance indicators in accordance with approved frameworks and methodologies. Measure and analyze performance results against approved targets, identify deviations, and determine their underlying causes. Prepare and submit periodic performance reports and dashboards to senior management, including analytical findings and recommendations. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integration of performance indicator data. Propose corrective actions and follow up on their implementation to address performance gaps and improve performance levels. Ensure compliance with approved governance frameworks related to performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting. Contribute to the development and periodic update of institutional strategic plans in line with approved directions and policies. Analyze the current state of performance and support the identification of strategic priorities and related initiatives. Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and assess their impact on the achievement of strategic objectives. Prepare analytical studies, briefing notes, and specialized reports that support strategic decision-making. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the authorized authority.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in strategic management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree in Strategy, Performance Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience A minimum of ten years of professional experience in strategic planning, performance measurement and monitoring, or strategic initiative management.
Skills Advanced ability to design, analyze, and manage performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce executive-level reports and performance dashboards. Proficiency in performance management and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple organizational levels. Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
