Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an OPD Manager located in Abha, KSA. The OPD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD), ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, handling patient inquiries and feedback, monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations, improving patient service delivery, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The OPD Manager will also collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals Proficiency in healthcare management operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills for dealing with complex situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders Prior experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in the Outpatient Department Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and documentation standards in Saudi Arabia Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in relevant healthcare management software and MS Office tools Fluency in Arabic and English
