We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist (Restaurant Industry) to join our growing restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across HR functions, strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, and hands-on exposure to the F&B / hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities:Learning & Development (L&D): Design, coordinate, and track training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence Performance Management & Evaluation: Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPIs, evaluations, and improvement plans Recruitment, Onboarding & Off boarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes People Operations & Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, manage HR policies, grievances, and workplace relations Saudi Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and other governmental platforms Payroll Coordination: Support and coordinate payroll processing, attendance, deductions, and benefits administration Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven +3 years experience as an HR Specialist (restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong advantage) Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance Experience with HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
