Key Activities and Responsibilities :1. Content Creation & Planning Develop engaging and creative content (captions, visuals, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients across diverse industries. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality and impactful content. Ensure all content is optimized for the appropriate platforms and adheres to each client’s brand voice and tone.
2. Shoot Direction & On-Set Production Management Be present on set during photo and video shoots to oversee execution and ensure alignment with the approved creative direction, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other production personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot workflow. Manage shot lists, mood boards, and creative references on set to ensure all required assets are captured accurately and efficiently. Monitor lighting, framing, composition, and overall visual quality to maintain consistency across all content produced. Ensure brand safety, professionalism, and compliance with client standards, including wardrobe, set design, props, and talent conduct. Oversee content capture for multiple formats (static, video, reels, behind-the-scenes, stories) to maximize content output from each shoot. Attend and cover events, launches, and activations to capture photos, live videos, and stories in real time.
3. Social Media Management Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, Facebook, You Tube, etc.). Monitor engagement levels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active and consistent brand presence. Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and aligns with ongoing campaigns and objectives.
4. Strategy & Campaign Execution Contribute to the development of social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth. Support the execution of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid social initiatives. Identify and capitalize on social media trends, viral moments, and creative opportunities to keep clients’ content fresh and relevant.
5. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools. Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key insights, successes, and opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies and enhance engagement and reach.
6. Client & Team Coordination Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients to align on content direction, approvals, and feedback. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and creative execution. Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.
7. Market Awareness Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates. Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation. Continuously research and apply new creative approaches to improve content quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.1-3 years in a role similar to this and preferably in an agency. Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid campaign structures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Notion, Trello, Google Analytics, or similar tools. High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Full-time position: Full-time position. It’s a remote job from home – 9am to 6pm. However, it is required to attend photoshoots and events
