We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurants and dark kitchens, ensuring operational excellence, brand standards, financial performance, and team development while supporting new outlet openings and business growth
Key Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand standards-Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams-Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and employee engagement-Monitor financial performance, budgets, inventory, and cost control-Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace compliance-Conduct audits, implement SOPs, and standardize operations across locations
Requirements:-5+ years’ experience in restaurant operations (fast food / QSR preferred)-Minimum 2 years’ experience in KSA in a similar role-Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills-Excellent communication, organizational, and team management abilities
Packages Include: -Salary: SAR 12000/Month-All other benefits as per law
