Job Title Mechanical Foreman (Fire Fighting / Plumbing) Experience10–15 years Role Summary You supervise and manage all fire fighting and plumbing site works. You lead technicians and workers, ensure installations follow drawings and specs, and deliver work on time and safely. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily fire fighting and plumbing site activities Assign tasks to technicians and plumbers Read and execute approved shop drawings and layouts Ensure installation of:Fire fighting systems (sprinklers, hose reels, pumps) Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, fixtures) Monitor work quality, productivity, and materials usage Coordinate with mechanical engineers, other trades, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures Identify and solve site issues quickly Report daily progress to the Mechanical Engineer Support testing, flushing, pressure testing, and handover Required Experience10–15 years of hands-on experience in FF and plumbing works Strong site background in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects Experience working with consultants and main contractors
