Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lifeguard role located in Jeddah. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests by monitoring and supervising swimming areas, enforcing safety regulations, and responding to emergencies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe pool area, providing assistance to guests as needed, and reporting any safety hazards or issues to the management. The Lifeguard will also be tasked with conducting basic maintenance checks on pool equipment and communicating effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications Basic swimming and life-saving skills, including CPR and first aid certification. Attention to detail, quick decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to safety concerns. Strong communication and customer service skills to assist guests and collaborate effectively with team members. Physical fitness for performing rescues and maintaining a vigilant presence in aquatic environments. Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred; however, we welcome candidates with a passion for ensuring safety and providing excellent service. Flexibility to work under varying weather conditions and comply with company safety and operational policies.
