Job Responsibilities:Respond to operational technical concerns in line with the approved policy and procedures. Manages on site facilities management operation teams in terms of training, development and performance. Managing the site works without delay under complete scope and providing TFM (total facilities management) services to the clients in consideration with HSEQ rules & regulations. Following up daily task / TAM (Turn around maintenance) as per the objectives mentioned by the organization/client. Track the key reason for the malfunctioning of the equipment, analyse the fact and provide the easiest rectification method. Identification of energy losses and sourcing opportunities within the circle for maximizing the usage of assets with low energy loss. Managing Capital expenditure across the designated area by maximizing repair policy and improvements on assets servicing with respect to PPM. To coordinate all the standard operation procedures of Technical and Safety of all Facilities and Properties managed by the Company. Moreover; coordinate services including landscaping, gas, water, septic and other maintenance services performed by third parties. To coordinate the maintenance of the Properties and Facilities managed by the Company during DLP and after its expiration. Perform any other task requested by the management in conjunction with FM responsibilities.
Qualifications & Education Level:A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar position. A bachelor’s degree in MEP engineering
