Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Data Center Mechanical Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Presales Data Center Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with data center operations, troubleshooting, technical support, cabling, and data center infrastructure.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop mechanical solutions for data center projects.
- Design and engineer mechanical systems for data centers, including HVAC systems, cooling systems, plumbing systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data and information necessary for the design process.
- Create detailed proposals and technical documentation outlining the mechanical solution, including equipment selection, layout, sizing, and cost estimates.
- Present proposals to customers and address any technical questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials for the proposed solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the bidding process and assist in closing deals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in data center or mission-critical facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling systems, plumbing systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
