Role Description We are looking for a Sponsorships & Partnerships Associate to support revenue-generating sponsorships and strategic partnerships across Alef Lam’s platforms. This role sits at the intersection of sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial execution. It is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to sponsor-led growth, relationship management, and deal coordination, while learning how long-term partnerships are built and managed.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorships & Partnerships Support outreach and engagement with potential sponsors and strategic partners Assist in converting sponsor interest into structured sponsorship and collaboration opportunities Coordinate sponsor onboarding, deliverables, and ongoing relationship management Support the preparation of sponsorship decks, proposals, and customized packages Commercial & Revenue Support Support sponsorship-driven commercial activities across events and platforms Track leads, conversations, and commercial status with sponsors and partners Assist with follow-ups, proposal updates, and closing coordination Help document agreed terms, timelines, and outcomes Platforms & Initiatives Support sponsorships and partnerships across Alef Lam initiatives (events, awards, and platforms) Coordinate sponsor requirements (visibility, passes, content, activations) Ensure sponsor commitments are delivered in alignment with internal teams Coordination & Execution Maintain organized records of sponsors, partners, and agreements Coordinate with operations, media, and leadership to ensure smooth execution Support reporting, summaries, and post-engagement follow-ups Who We’re Looking For0–3 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, sales support, business development, or related roles Strong communication skills (Arabic required; English preferred) Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-based commercial conversations Organized, proactive, and reliable Interested in platform-building, ecosystems, and long-term value creation What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to sponsors, partners, and senior stakeholders Hands-on experience in sponsorship-driven revenue and partnerships A role that grows in responsibility as Alef Lam platforms expand Clear development path within a lean, high-impact team
