Job Summary:The Process Improvement Lead (CMMI Implementer) is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation and institutionalization of CMMI best practices across the organization, including CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC models. The role involves assessing current processes, identifying gaps, defining and documenting standardized processes, and driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The CMMI Implementer supports organizational maturity goals by providing training, monitoring process performance, facilitating CMMI appraisals (SCAMPI A/B/C), and ensuring alignment with business objectives, ISO standards, and Saudi regulatory and compliance requirements. The role works closely with senior leadership to define process improvement roadmaps, support audits, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Roles:Lead the end-to-end implementation of CMMI best practices (CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC) Conduct gap analysis between current practices and CMMI requirements. Develop and document processes, procedures, standards, and templates aligned with CMMI models. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate improvements. Provide training and coaching on process areas, metrics, and compliance requirements. Facilitate the CMMI appraisals (SCAMPI A/B/C) with the lead appraisals. Monitor, measure, and report on process performance and improvement results. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, ISO standards, and Saudi regulatory/compliance expectations. Collaborate with senior management to define process improvement roadmaps and priorities. Support audits and corrective action planning.
