Job Description:We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer with a strong focus on luxury fitness wear. The ideal candidate will have experience in sportswear design, material sourcing, pricing, and 3D modeling. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, tech pack creation, and knowledge of regional market trends. Manufacturing connections, particularly in China, and bilingual capabilities are essential, with Chinese language skills being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative and stylish designs for luxury sportswear collections, focusing on performance, comfort, and aesthetics.• Source high-quality sportswear materials and ensure that fabric selection meets the brand’sstandards for durability, comfort, and luxury.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective material sourcing while maintaining quality.• Create accurate tech packs and 3D models for the production team, ensuring precise details for manufacturing.
• Work closely with manufacturers in China to oversee product development and maintain quality standards.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator for creating sketches, fashion illustrations, and design concepts.• Develop appropriate sizing charts and specifications that align with regional market needs.
• Stay updated on regional market trends to ensure designs meet customer expectations and industry standards.• Communicate effectively with production teams and suppliers to ensure design ideas are translated into final products.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in designing Athleisure sportswear or Luxury everyday wear collections.• Strong knowledge of sportswear materials and fabric sourcing.
• Experience with pricing strategies for high-quality garments.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and Adobe Illustrator.• Experience creating tech packs for manufacturing.
• Understanding of sizing standards for sportswear in the regional market.
• Connections within the manufacturing industry, particularly in China is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Skills:
• Sportswear Material Knowledge: Understanding of technical fabrics and their application in luxury fitness wear.• Design and 3D Modeling: Ability to conceptualize designs and present them using 3D modeling software.
• Tech Pack Creation: Experience in creating detailed tech packs for manufacturers.• Adobe Illustrator: Strong skills in sketching, creating illustrations, and presenting design concepts.
• Market Awareness: Knowledge of regional market trends to ensure relevance in designs.
• Manufacturing Coordination: Proven experience working with manufacturers, ideally in China, to oversee production. Language Skills:
• English and Arabic - Bilingual (Chinese language skills will be an added advantage).
