Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will perform a range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting technical issues, conducting repairs, executing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for clients. They will ensure that customers receive top-quality service through timely resolution of technical problems, effective communication, and assistance with operational guidance for CNC and additive manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance for industrial machinery Experience in Troubleshooting and offering Technical Support to identify and resolve equipment issues Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver efficient and professional client support Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions independently Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field Proficiency in CNC and/or additive manufacturing systems is a strong advantage Willingness to travel to customer sites as required Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
