Job Summary The Internal Communications COOP Trainee will support the Internal Communications team in developing, coordinating, and delivering effective communication initiatives that engage employees and support organisational goals. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting internal communications such as emails, announcements, newsletters, and intranet content. Support the coordination and rollout of internal campaigns, initiatives, and company-wide announcements. Help maintain and update internal communication channels (intranet, email distribution lists, digital screens, etc.). Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather content and ensure message alignment. Assist in organizing internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities. Monitor internal communication effectiveness and help compile basic reports or feedback. Ensure communications follow brand, tone, and corporate guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English (Arabic is a plus, if applicable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook); basic design skills are a plus. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
