Summary/Objective:We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate must have proven sales experience and a fundamental technical understanding. This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh. The IT Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their unique needs, preparing presentations, and closing sales agreements while collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:· Acquire new clients and generate new Leads and business opportunities.· Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers.· Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.· Conduct consultative needs analysis to understand client challenges· Maintain and expand a network of existing clients and business contacts.· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service presentations.· Collaborate with the technical team to scope and design solutions.· Participate in managing and overseeing project execution.· Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings.· Achieve sales targets and report performance to management.
Required Qualifications:· At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative in the IT or Telecom sector.· Strong client network and track record of previous sales achievements.· Experience in project coordination or technical sales support.· knowledge of IT Services, Network infrastructure, Cybersecurity and relevant market trends.· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.· Ability to work independently and take initiative.· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Riyadh and nearby areas.
