Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Compliance:‒ Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems across facilities.‒ Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, Civil Defense requirements, and company standards.‒ Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs to identify hazards and non-compliance.‒ Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements on-site. Risk Assessment & Control‒ Assist in conducting risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Method Statements (MS).‒ Report on unsafe conditions, behaviors, and near-miss incidents.‒ Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks.
Incident Reporting & Investigation: ‒ Report, record, and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.‒ Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.‒ Maintain accurate HSE records, logs, and incident reports.
Training & Safety Awareness:‒ Support HSE Specialists in delivering toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.‒ Promote safe working practices among technicians, subcontractors, and FM staff.‒ Monitor site compliance with PPE usage and safety signage requirements.
Emergency Preparedness:‒ Support emergency response planning and drills (fire, evacuation, first aid).‒ Ensure emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, signage) is available and in good condition.‒ Coordinate with site teams during emergency situations.
Onsite HSE Operations‒ Be present on-site to monitor health and safety compliance across facilities and project locations.‒ Conduct daily site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and monitoring of high-risk activities.‒ Enforce safe work practices and immediate correction of unsafe acts or conditions.‒ Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety rules.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education & Certification:− Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:− Minimum 2–4 years of HSE experience, preferably within Facility Management, Construction, or Operations environments.
