Key Accountability Areas:
Violations Management● Log and track all violations raised by regulators in the system with high accuracy.● Prepare and file objections to violations in alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.● Monitor and follow up on the status of objections to ensure timely resolution.● Conduct root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.● Support the compliance team in implementing preventive measures to avoid future violations.● Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on violations, trends, and objection outcomes.● Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.● Highlight trends and recommend improvements.
Governance and Resilience● Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled andconsistent manner.● Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhanceeffectiveness.● Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HS’s Values.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience● 0 – 1 years of relevant experience.● Basic knowledge of compliance, regulatory processes, and data analysis.● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.● Good communication and coordination skills.
Education and Certifications ● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics,Compliance, Law).
