Job Summary:The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations across all F&B branches, ensuring consistent implementation of operational strategies and full compliance with standardized operating procedures (SOPs). The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, monitoring financial and operational performance, and ensuring high service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations across all F&B branches and ensure compliance with operational policies and SOPs.• Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and workforce allocations.• Monitor and analyze KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, food waste, and labor efficiency.• Review P&L reports and monitor operating expenses.• Lead expansion initiatives including new branch openings.• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.• Analyze sales and cost data to improve performance and reduce waste.• Manage operational risks and handle crises.• Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement.• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience:• Minimum of 8 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations, preferably multi-branch.
Key Skills:• Strong leadership and people management• P&L and cost control expertise• POS and restaurant systems knowledge• Inventory and food safety knowledge• Strong analytical and reporting skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
