Tamkeen Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Operations professional to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product operational processes, ensuring SLA compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to enhance product performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, improving operational frameworks, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead SLA compliance monitoring and enforcement, initiating improvements where necessary, while troubleshooting and enhancing tool performance to support business needs Proficiently manage and optimize operational tools and systems, identifying and implementing improvements in service delivery processes Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to operational improvements and product enhancements Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable objectives Regularly track and update operational processes, suggesting new tools and technologies to enhance productivity, while creating and updating procedural documentation Manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data-backed insights and recommendations. Coach and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on SLA adherence, operational best practices, and professional development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience Bachelor's degree in MIS, IS, Software Engineering or a related field Proven experience in operational roles of digital products/platforms Extensive experience with ITSM/CRM tools Outstanding analytical skills and strong attention to details Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing operational challenges ITIL Certified Data analysis skills.
