Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Courier Delivery professional, based in Hafr Al Batin. The role involves the timely and efficient pickup and delivery of goods, adherence to delivery schedules, and ensuring the safe transportation of items. The Courier will routinely interact with customers to ensure high service standards, manage documentation, and handle basic logistics tasks associated with delivery operations. Deliveries might require handling specific items, adhering to company protocols while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction Experience in Logistics Management and Transportation to ensure punctual and safe deliveries Willingness to participate in Training and adhere to standard procedures to maintain quality service standards Experience handling Food and Beverage items carefully, if applicable Basic navigation skills and familiarity with local delivery routes Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills
