Job Description:Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, Succession. Having good experience in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces etc.) Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus Independently drive the business users to understand the requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
