Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist & Secretary, located in Riyadh. The role involves handling reception activities, such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include performing a variety of clerical tasks, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication across various stakeholders.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to professionally manage calls and welcome visitors. Clerical Skills, such as file organization, scheduling, and general administrative support. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial. Proficiency with office software tools such as MS Office. Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is an advantage.
