Role Description
This role is a consultative sales position for a Sales Consultant – Education & Culinary Entrepreneurship, supporting a professional online training platform. The consultant will engage with qualified, interested prospects, build trusted relationships, and guide potential clients through an informed decision-making process regarding specialized culinary entrepreneurship programs. This is not a transactional or high-pressure sales role. The focus is on understanding client needs, assessing readiness, and presenting the program as a strategic solution when appropriate. Key responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, clearly explaining program value, addressing questions with professionalism, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve enrollment goals.


Compensation
This is a contractual, commission-based role with clear performance expectations and structured onboarding. The program is high-value, making commissions financially rewarding for each successful registration No cold calling – leads are pre-qualified and already interested.

Qualifications
Arabic and English Language
Proven experience in consultative sales, education sales, training programs, or professional services Strong ability to build trust and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to guide prospects without pressure or aggressive selling Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment Familiarity with the education, training, or culinary entrepreneurship space is a strong advantage Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not mandatory if relevant experience is present
