We’re searching for a CMO who will turn BeInCrypto into the most trusted and influential media brand in Web3. Someone who loves shaping brands, building partnerships, and turning ideas into high-value commercial products. In this role, you’ll set the direction for our global brand, elevate how advertisers work with us, and open the door to partnerships with the strongest players in crypto, fintech, and emerging tech.
What you’ll do Build and own BeInCrypto’s global brand narrative—clear, consistent, and positioned for credibility with decision-makers. Strengthen our shift toward a more premium, expert-driven identity. Create high-value advertiser offerings: branded content formats, interviews, reports, roundtables, integrated campaigns. Develop repeatable project models that Sales can confidently pitch and sell. Work with Sales to turn advertiser goals into smart, creative, revenue-driving solutions. Produce strong case studies, messaging decks, and media kits that support premium pricing. Build and manage partnerships with foundations, exchanges, VCs, launchpads, conferences, and major ecosystem players. Launch co-branded initiatives that position BeInCrypto as a thought leader. Develop content and formats that attract qualified B2B leads and support Sales objectives. Oversee key creative work to ensure our brand is distinct, modern, and business-relevant. Track progress through clear KPIs around brand strength, partnerships, monetization, and lead generation.
You’re the perfect match if you Bring 5+ years in brand strategy, marketing leadership, partnerships, or media/agency roles. Know how to build premium brands and turn storytelling into commercial products. Understand Web3 culture, its players, and how influence works in this space. Have experience from media, research/insights platforms, creative agencies, or tech innovation brands. Are both strategic and hands-on—you can shape the narrative and also get involved in execution when needed. Communicate clearly, move fast, and care deeply about outcomes. Have a genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and the future of Web3.

Meet our team You’ll be working with the Creative Lab and Growth Marketing & Partnerships teams. Together, these teams craft BeInCrypto’s global image and drive its growth — blending creative excellence with commercial impact. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Editorial, and Product Marketing to bring BeInCrypto’s next chapter to life.
