Electrical (LV):Conduct LV system design and calculations, including power supply to HVAC equipment and fire alarm interfacing — among other related tasks.
Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing):Perform system design and engineering calculations in line with ASHRAE and NFPA 20 — and other relevant requirements.

Technical Drawings:Prepare, review, and perform minor editing of technical drawings — including Shop Drawings, As-built, Single Line, Riser, and Schematic — while ensuring their technical accuracy.
Documentation:Prepare O&M manuals, preventive maintenance schedules, asset registers, and emergency procedures — and similar required records.
Technical Support:Provide technical support to site and procurement teams, respond to RFIs, and assist in Testing & Commissioning — along with other coordination tasks.
Software:Use Auto CAD MEP (required), Revit MEP (preferred), and Dialux for lighting calculations — as needed.---------------Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.3–7 years of experience in MEP design. Strong skills in drafting, calculations, and technical documentation. Proficiency in engineering software and good English communication.
