We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer specialized in Nessus Tenable to support post-implementation operations. The selected candidate will work on-site and provide continuous monitoring, management, and optimization of the vulnerability management environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage, operate, and maintain the Nessus Tenable platform on a daily basis. Conduct regular vulnerability scans, assessments, and reporting. Troubleshoot issues related to the Tenable environment and ensure smooth functioning. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities. Optimize system configurations and recommend improvements for security posture. Prepare and deliver periodic technical reports and updates. Participate in discussions, technical reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Support any post-implementation activities as required. Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Nessus Tenable solutions. Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts and security best practices. Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments, analysis, and remediation tracking. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions. Good communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders. Willingness to work on-site for the full duration of the contract. Candidate must be able to attend an interview as part of the selection process.
