Job Title: Relationship & Sales Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports to: Team Leader / Regional Manager
Job Purpose:This is a dual role for an experienced AM/BDM to manage and grow client relationships while driving new business development for FCM Travel Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a fluent Arabic / English speaker. This role may split eventually evolve into two separate roles with a single focus. Initially we seek an individual to ensure clients receive integrated travel management services aligned with agreed service levels, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen multi-level client relationships. Ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty. Product Awareness & Advisory Inform clients of primary and secondary products/services. Advise clients on solutions suited to their travel needs. Client Expense Management Provide customized travel expense management strategies based on client requirements. Business Development & Sales Identify new business opportunities, manage extended sales cycles, respond to RFPs, and achieve sales targets. Implementation & Coordination Ensure smooth implementation of client travel programs by coordinating with Finance, Product, and Operations teams. Travel Program Review & Recommendations Regularly assess client travel programs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Proactive Client Support Forecast client travel requirements, anticipate challenges, and deliver timely solutions.
Key Competencies:Strong time management and attention to detail Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills Advanced analytical skills to assess client requirements and market trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to share product knowledge effectively with clients Professionalism, determination, resilience, and adaptability Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities Experience & Knowledge:A strict minimum 5 years B2B / Corporate Sales & Account Management experience, in Saudi Arabia Fluent in Arabic and English In-depth understanding of the travel industry Proven ability to identify and develop client relationships at multiple levels Experience responding to RFPs and managing a sales pipeline
