Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, for a Matcha Maker. The Matcha Maker will be responsible for preparing high-quality matcha-based beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order in the preparation area, and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing timely and accurate orders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting in improving recipes, and following standard beverage preparation protocols. Collaboration with the team to enhance product offerings and deliver an excellent customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

Proficiency in beverage preparation techniques, particularly related to matcha-based drinks Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers Team-player attitude with effective communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different processes and recipes Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or culinary arts is advantageous
