We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading full-cycle implementation, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Unifier, ensuring seamless integration with Primavera EPPM and other enterprise applications. This is a key position requiring both functional and technical expertise, along with strong knowledge of EPC industry processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Project Controls to align business requirements with system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live). Collaborate with business users to capture, validate, and implement requirements effectively. Configure and manage Unifier modules: Cost, Schedule, Contract, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting, Document Management. Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP. Provide ongoing support and enhancements as part of continuous improvement. Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer. Develop custom reports and dashboards in Unifier. Align implementations with best practices, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
Required Academic Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience & Skills:7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM. Proven record of 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Unifier implementations in the EPC/Construction industry. Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls. Hands-on expertise in Unifier workflows, cost & contract management, reporting, dashboards. Experience with integrations (Aconex, Candy, Oracle ERP) is desirable. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
