Job Description / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Design Engineering of Oil & Gas projects with minimum 2 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia. Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Proficiency in relevant engineering software and knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards (in line with Saudi Aramco). Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing), Arabic is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to plan, design, and execute engineering projects based on technical specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and decision-making abilities. Prepare & review reports, technical documentation, cost & manpower estimates, and risk assessments (TBE, Vendor packages, etc.) Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Provide engineering solutions to problems encountered during construction or operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Participate in progress meetings, quality checks, and audits. Apply continuous improvement and innovation principles to project work. To actively train and encourage the development of staff to fulfil process and systems engineering roles. Actively participate in discipline specific Design reviews, Model reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, Engineering Best practices etc. as applicable. Judicious allocation of workload to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
