Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sous Chef will assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating in collaboration with the Head Chef. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, creating menus, and managing inventory. The role also involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the development of new recipes.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Experience in kitchen operations, workflow optimization, and staff supervision Knowledge of food quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations Menu creation and inventory management capabilities Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional experience required Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role preferred
