We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of e Commerce to lead YOUGota Gift’s e Commerce business verticals across B2B & B2C. This role is at the core of driving our growth strategy, overseeing the full e Commerce ecosystem across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling digital businesses, someone who blends analytical thinking with creative execution, and can drive results through a mix of data insights, digital innovations, user journeys and seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the overall e Commerce strategy to achieve business growth and sales targets across B2C and B2B platforms. (@Work, Group Gifting and Gifting)
Oversee key functions including product, marketing, customer support, and e Commerce operations under one aligned vision.
Build a strong data-driven culture focused on measurable results, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
Sales, Marketing & Performance
Own and deliver annual e Commerce sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and optimize user acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase strategies through data-led initiatives.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate) with clear ROI and CPA/ROAS goals.
Oversee and manage creative campaigns and content marketing activities & plans.
Work closely with analytics to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel improvements.
Product & Digital Experience
Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure the e Commerce platforms deliver a best-in-class digital experience across web and mobile.
Drive improvements in site performance, UX/UI, and personalization based on customer insights and behavioral data.
Oversee and improve A/B testing, feature rollouts, and continuous UX optimization.
Customer Experience & Retention
Lead the customer support and success functions to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
Launch and enhance loyalty and retention programs through tailored communication, gamification and personalized engagement.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for business improvement.
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing e Commerce team across multiple domains.
Partner with finance, marketing, and partnerships to align on budgets, pricing strategies, and offers & promotional calendars.
Requirements
● 15+ years of experience in e Commerce, digital marketing, or online business leadership roles.
● Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and achieving ambitious sales targets.
● Deep understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and digital marketing performance metrics.
● Proven success in leading multi-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, customer support).
● Hands-on experience with e Commerce tools, analytics platforms (GA4, Clevertap), CRM, and marketing automation systems.
● Strong knowledge of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and retention strategies.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to inspire teams and drive alignment across departments.
● Experience in the GCC region is a must. Preferably knowledge in the KSA market.
Bilingual is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
● Has the ability to close the full sales cycle with strong expertise of maintaining customer trust and relationship.
● Create a target list for each product focusing on key industry leaders.
● Track, report and deliver agreed monthly sales targets.
● Research potential organizations and build future pipeline of prospect who qualify for new sales leads
● Proficiency in Zoom Info, Linked In and CRM.
● Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers across the UAE.

● Track all sales activities in CRM and update the account information to reflect weekly sales progress

● Propose new services or features to our customers to build joint business plans with YOUGota Gift.
● Optimize the customers’ portfolio, their spending habits and commercial efficiency with YOUGota Gift.
● Demonstrate natural curiosity to learn a variety of internal business tools while delivering excellent customer experience.
● Partner with Sales and Product teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas.

Qualifications:
● Experience: 7+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience, ideally within the digital, technology, or e-commerce sectors.
● Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE market, with an established network and a deep understanding of local business practices and culture.
● Collaboration: A Strong team player and collaborate with YGG teams across UAE and other countries
● Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and growing new and existing business, including calling, convincing and presentation skills
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
● Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable business strategies.
