Key Accountabilities:
1-Business Analysis Methodology Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare the appropriate method to conduct business analysis activities (formality level, activities, and plan for activities).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to maintain effective working relationships.
- Maintain the tools of information accessibility and storage.
2-Requirements Elicitation &Validation
- Prepare for requirements elicitation by setup the required logistics and preparing the stakeholder for elicitation.
- Check the information gathered during an elicitation session for accuracy and consistency.
- Format and document requirement using formal or informal documentation.
- Ensure that stakeholders have a shared understanding of business analysis information through approvals and agreement
3-Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Participate in the current and future state analysis based on the related factors e.g. (Capabilities and Processes, Technology and Infrastructure, Policies).
- Participate on risks analysis to understand the undesirable consequences of internal and external forces during a transition.
- Identify and communicate the gap analysis and transition states and release planning.
- Elaborate the requirements using the required modelling techniques and diagrams.
- Ensure and verify the requirements and designs defined correctly and aligned with the quality standards.
4-Options Development & Recommendation Building
- Participate in identifying and representing design options to improve the business, and to achieve the desired future state.
- Estimate the potential value for each design option to establish which one is most appropriate to meet the business objectives.
- Evaluate the delivered solution by formal and informal functional demo
- Communicate the feedback or register the required enhancements
5-Assurance Of Requirements Life Cycle Management
- Maintain requirements accuracy and consistency throughout and beyond the change during the entire requirements life cycle, and support the reuse of requirements in other solutions.
- Determine requirements priority based on relative importance to stakeholders. Considering inter-dependencies between requirements.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
Years and Nature of Experience:
+1 years of relevant experience in a related industry
