Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws, organizational development expertise, and HR best practices to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for a retail company in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, covering recruitment, training, and development.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Compliance Management: Stay informed of changes in Saudi labor laws and ensure all HR policies and practices comply with regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and lead interview processes to attract top talent.
- Training & Development: Identify growth opportunities, design training programs, and support employees in developing their skills.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage benefits claims, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date records, including employee profiles, job history, and performance reviews.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
